ROOXO

Smart goggles for downhill riders: they scan the trail ahead and project three racing lines onto the lens. A self-initiated concept, designed for the joy of it.

ROOXO goggles with three racing lines projected onto the lens

Long story short

Every downhill trail has its chicken lines — the easy ways around the hard parts. Riders take them when they can’t read what’s coming. ROOXO reads it for them: cameras scan the trail ahead, and the lens shows three lines to ride it — safe, fast, and the one in between — with speed and the trail profile in the corner of your eye.

No screens to look down at, no phone strapped to the bars. The information lives where the eyes already are. I designed the product itself, the identity around the “no more chicken lines” idea, the packaging, and the web presence — the whole thing, because a dream product deserves a whole world.
